Young Adults
David Yellin, Steven Granado, Kelly Granado
The Young Adults Group is a ministry to the 18-30 year olds in the congregation (give or take a few years). We seek to love and encourage one another in our walk, and worship and serve God as a group. We are a fellowship group that meets on Saturday nights at 7:00pm at the Shul, to which anyone is welcome. We have worship, Bible study, group prayer and a Havdalah service followed by general shananigans. We also put on outreaches to the homeless downtown throughout the year and go on an annual camping trip in August. For the past few years we have gone to the IHOP Onething Conference in Kansas City in the pursuit of deeper relationships with the L-rd and fellowship with other Messianic believers.
The best way to get involved is to come to Chavurah! If you would like to be a part, or know someone who does, come just about any Saturday night and worship with us. Also, the entire congregation is welcome to participate in homeless outreaches, which are announced during service periodically.
The Young Adults Group is co-led by David Yellin, and Steve and Kelly Granado. Steve is in charge of sending out weekly e-mails about Chavurah and other spontaneous activities. If you would like to be added to the e-mail list, you can leave your e-mail with the office or speak with Steve, Kelly or David directly. In fact, come talk to us anyway!
